EM&E Group, a leading Spanish group in innovation and defence and security technologies, presents this week during the IV edition of the International Defence and Security Fair of Spain (FEINDEF) its new development in ground stations, the GUARDIAN 30-T, a robust, versatile and technologically advanced solution. It is a manned ground station, which adds this peculiarity with respect to the rest of the company’s platforms.

Specially designed for installation on armoured vehicles, the GUARDIAN 30-T incorporates a 30mm MK 44 Bushmaster II (standard or Stretch version) as main gun (convertible to 40mm) and a 7.62mm coaxial machine gun as secondary weapon. The station’s structure includes 12 integrated launcher tubes and a twin anti-tank missile launcher.

The GUARDIAN 30-T is equipped with the latest ballistic computing technology, which allows for high accuracy at long range. In addition, its artificially intelligent electro-optical systems allow it to operate in all weather conditions, both in day and night missions, providing the station with high detection, reconnaissance, surveillance and precision capabilities.
