EM&E Group, a leading Spanish group in innovation and defence and security technologies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIMR, a leading Emirati company specialising in the manufacture of 6×6 armoured vehicles. This collaboration, which represents a further step in the solid strategic relationship between the two companies, aims to transfer the knowledge and experience necessary for the manufacture of these advanced vehicles in Spain, thus promoting the increase of technological and productive capacity in the Spanish industrial fabric. 

The agreement, which was formalised at IDEX 2025, will allow the EM&E Group to count on NIMR’s know-how in the manufacture and integration of 6×6 vehicles with the highest technological and operational specifications, adapted to the needs of the global market.
