Crime prevention certification. Criminal and anti-bribery compliance

EM&E Group has a Code of Ethics and Conduct that establishes the main guidelines and requirements of ethical behavior that all EM&E Group professionals must comply with in order to be aligned with the company’s principles and values.

This Code of Ethics and Conduct is the basis for the Compliance System implemented by EM&E Group, which has been certified according to the ISO 37001 and UNE 19601 standards, with the object of preventing, avoiding and identifying the commission of crimes defined in the Spanish Criminal Code and, in particular, corruption, fraud and bribery.
